Meet Darci,
She is our amazing robo-receptionist, virtual assistant, and wonder woman who handles more details than a wedding planner. We’ve been letting Darci start slowly, so that we can learn exactly how to ask her to do the tasks we want her to do without confusing her (code: Us!) and so far, we are liking what she can do!
Immediately upon scheduling an appointment with us, Darci will email you a confirmation of the appointment scheduled (as long as we have your email address). You can click the date and send your appointment directly to your electronic calendar, fancy! Then, Darcy will email you again, 24 hours before you are due at your appointment, making it nearly impossible to forget an appointment. In your confirmation email, there will be a link you can click, to let us know that you will, in fact, be showing up to your appointment. If we do not see that you’ve confirmed your appointment via email, we will be calling you to check that you will be there.
Please check that these emails are not ending up in your spam folder, and if they are, make sure to select that they are ‘not spam’ so that you don’t miss one.
In addition, Darcy is now ready to accept your reservations online. Using the email address that we have on file for you (call us if you are unsure which one we have) set up an account through our Schedule tab on our website. You will receive a pin number which will allow you to schedule your appointments at will. Please know that we may have other time/date options available that do not show up on the self-scheduler, so if you are having a difficult time finding an opening that works with your schedule, please call us!
We will soon have an online store fully operational, through which you can purchase gift certificates and retail products. If you make your purchases online, your items will be available to pick up at Ritual the next business day, if not the same day.
Throughout all of these technological changes, we are always more than happy to talk to you in person or over the phone. Our goal is not to make things more impersonal, but to make it easier than ever for you to get in our doors!
